A credit card and a 50% deposit are required at the time of booking to secure your appointment and reserve your spot.
Cancellation/Reschedule or No-Show Policy
Your appointments are very important to us. The time is reserved especially for you, though we understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. Therefore, we respectfully request at least a 24-hour notice for cancellations/reschedule. Any cancellation/reschedule made less than 24 hours in advance will result in a cancellation fee. No exception!
- Less than 24-hour notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of reserved appointment(s)
- ‘NO SHOWS’ will be charged 50% of service amount.
Late Arrival Policy:
Clients arriving more than 5 minutes past their scheduled time will forfeit their deposit or prepayment. Please plan ahead for traffic and weather. If you arrive late and we’re unable to complete all scheduled services, you will still be responsible for the full cost, as time was specifically reserved for your appointment.
Client Comfort & Treatment Commitment:
Sensations such as discomfort or sensitivity may occur during treatment and are considered a normal part of the process. Once a service has begun, even if the client chooses to stop before completion for any reason. The full-service fee will still apply.
